I struggle with morning headaches and constantly trying new pillows. This pillow caught my eye because of the unique design of cradling your head. It provides a constant support for your head and neck that is consistent, day and night! It doesn’t lose its shape, no more constant fluffing.
It’s also very comfortable whether I’m lying on my back or on my side. It’s like a saucer! I also love the silk pillowcase as it keeps me from overheating through the night providing a better night sleep.
My daily morning migraines-GONE!
It was a bit of an adjustment to get used to, and it was only because I wasn’t sure where my arms should go as I normally would be hugging/fluffing in my pillow.
Now I can’t sleep without it! And best part is it can actually fit into my luggage or backpack when I head out of town.
