I had been in need of a new pillow for quite some time. The pillow I was using was old and needed fluffing constantly. I’d wake in the morning with a stiff neck and achy shoulders. It was impacting my sleep. I have bad shoulders from years of overuse and misuse. I also suffer from whiplash caused in a car accident in 2007. My pillow did nothing but exacerbate these issues.
I found the Spherehead pillow several months ago. I researched it but didn’t buy. I kept coming back to it and finally made the purchase after a couple of months of waffling.
Their website stated it could take a couple of weeks for the body to adjust to using the pillow. Fortunately for me, it didn’t! I woke up the next day with no shoulder pain and no neck pain. I sleep on both sides and my stomach. The pillow allowed for all of these sleeping positions. It is super soft on my head since it has a silky cover and the pillow doesn’t get as warm as my other pillows would. I’ve also noticed my bedhead isn’t quite as untamed as it used to be (bonus)!
I’ve been using the pillow for about a month now, and I can say it is the best pillow I’ve ever had. It feels amazing to wake up without morning pain. Thanks for creating the Spherehead Pillow. I appreciate your ingenuity.
Changing is difficult, so I was certainly apprehensive to change to the Spherehead Pillow, however I am very happy that I made this decision. As the instructions indicated, there is an adjustment period of one to two weeks. I took me a little over a week to make the adjustment, however since then my neck is pain free. I highly recommend this pillow.
This pillow is amazing. Most mornings I would wake up with a stiff neck but not anymore after purchasing this great pillow.
This pillow might look different but it works as advertised. Great neck support and easy to adjust and change sleeping positions during the night. Great size for traveling too.
