Was skeptical about this pillow initially due to the unique design but let me tell you this, the pillow has been remarkably efficient. It helped me change from being a stomach sleeper to a side and back sleeper which are much healthier positions!
Design: Love the different design as it has caught some attention of my friends! It’s travel friendly and completely eliminated the thought of carrying a different travel pillow. I carry it to hotels whenever I’m on the road.
Make: The foam density is soft yet shape retaining like a very expensive memory foam. The satin cover has also been a life changer.
Use after 6 weeks: I used to experience neck stiffness quite often but the discomfort has significantly improved to my wonders!
Use after 10 weeks: I went back to using a standard pillow for a bit but definitely realized this pillow is much better for my sleep. I definitely wake up much more fresh and have substantially less neck issues now.
I’m a physical therapist and this is one of the products I can confidently recommend for my patients. The Spherehead pillow makes a night and day difference to improve the sleep posture and overall neck health.
The only feedback I can think of is the time it takes to get adjusted to the pillow may be a couple of weeks for some folks. Definitely a must try and surely a well thought out product from this brand. Looking forward to trying more of what they come up with in future!
